The data for me is also Tickstory data.Roboforex is the broker and I used the special mt4config for the download. I was running Golden Million on a live account at the time and December was almost 0, but January produced a nice profit.
And tests show that New Million opens more trades and is much more profitable in the long run than its predecessor, Golden Million.

 

That's exactly my setup and observations. I am on IC Markets though.
I started Golden Million at the end of January so a total of 6 trades so far - hit their TP, but it's better to keep an eye on them.

 

I should definitely pay attention to them because they are very new EAs! :-D
I would be happy if those who are involved in the purchase would pay, because until then we are talking about it here in vain.I don't even understand such people...!

This is the thing. On the live markets in December, it was a losing month as confirmed by the developer. But in the backtester, it's smooth sailing ending the month up +50%. No signs of any major drawdown. That's what I don't trust about these.

 

It means the data is curve fitted and the results in the backtest do not accurately reflect the actual performance of the bot. Just be careful with these. I bought a bot promising extremely high returns (similar to this one) before and at first on live, it worked well and doubled the account. Then, halfway through the year as the markets changed a bit, it started to failed and lost all of the profit and went negative. I'm not saying it won't make some profit in the short term, but it won't do what you see in those over-the-top backtests.

 

yes, I have try for a month in demo account, it make 12% profit with 3.8% DD, I think it is ok.
This time I try with real account with IC market, for 2 weeks it take profit 10%, DD 2.9% with 4 times open trade, 1 time lose with hit s/l, 3 times profit hit t/p.
let us see for the future..

Who is the last guy?

 

The author removed Golden Million from MQL5. From what I've through the last conversation, some users find out that version 1.3 is more profitable than the latest version.

I'm wondering if the backtest results reflect real account or not, probably you can help to answer my thought?
