actually, I think it is only 11 members that need to pay at this point to be able to get the product. 4 members were added after the initial recruiting of 23.

the reason you see 27/inf is because 27 members already committed to buy and it is possible too keep adding more members to purchase. from those 27 members I believe only 12 have paid so far. so it is about 15 members to pay before this item goes into purchasing and distribution status
