    ABC or ABCD pattern is a typical rhythmic pattern of the market, which traders use to identify trading opportunities. Since ABCD patterns work on different timeframes, it is widely used as it forms in both bull and bear markets. ABCD patterns belong to the category of harmonic pattern that consists of two equivalent price legs.
    ABCD patterns are easily identified in a price chart using Fibonacci ratios and indicate high-probability setups.

    ABC Magic is an algo trading system that is built as a NinjaTrader 8 Strategy and designed to identify points A, B, and C, referred to as ABC pattern in a swing structure and by default, takes a trend-following/ continuation approach and catch the trade between C and D.
    However, the System provides several customization options which allow traders to tailor to their trading styles.

    The System comes with a User Manual and Example settings for various securities. Such As

    I dont get tired ro point that this strategy has a low dd if you trade micros. Lets make it possible

    I didn't want to be left wanting to try this strategy and I'm trying the evaluation version offered by the author at a low cost...

    At first I find some templates adapted to the year 2022... which obviously are not profitable now.

    There are an infinite number of parameters that complicate optimization.

    The good part is that with patience it seems possible to realistically optimize the parameters to improve the results in recent quotes.

    I won't waste time with futures since when executing in my real account the DD would not adapt to what I can support.

    I prefer to focus on stocks and be able to regulate the quantity in each of them.

    I have already done tests in a real account to see if the orders are executed correctly and in that sense the strategy seems reliable and well programmed.

    When I have more advanced setups I will inform you of the results to know if it would finally be worth making the joint purchase of this product.

    Setting the parameters is tricky...

    I've already achieved good results for TSLA and I'm continuing with 3 other stocks

    The idea for now is to test only with a maximum of $1000 in each stock

    These are the results of the TSLA BT, they seem very realistic to me and today I'm starting to test in a real account

    The commission doesn't appear but I pay $0.36 per transaction.

    That DD of 3.17% seems very good to me

    In the case of AMZN the results also seem interesting

    Each instrument has its own particularity and due to the number of trades the minimum amount for it to be profitable must be $2500

    First trades yesterday in real account

    TSLA 1000$
    AMZN 2500$

    These stocks have a lot of liquidity and the BT results are similar to those of the real account.

    I will continue looking for more stocks to be able to create a portfolio.

    I think the results are humble and realistic, both in terms of profitability and loss.
