    so my guess is, that this is a fake.
    Why?

    if I look at the input parameters, I see

    1. Input parameter Account_Stop_Out
    - original mql5 shop is double (icon "1/2")
    - reseller is int (icon "123")
    2. Input parameter Account_Stop_Out
    - original mql5 shop is written "Account_Stop_Out"
    - reseller is "ACCOUNT_STOP_OUT"
    3. Copyright text
    - original is "Copyright is limited to Saeid Irani only, (...)"
    - reseller is "Copyright is Limited to Saeid Irani Only, (...)"

    Reseller says, it is version 190.909, current version at mql5 is 191.113, so of course these can be changes by the author.
    But I doubt he would sell source code to someone, why? he is very successfull with his sells at mql5, why would he endanger his business? and you cannot decompile mql5 code to source code. not possible.

    so even if I would be personally very interested in its source code, my guess is it is fake.

    because some participants have already paid, we are always in favor of adding more people to the main list, but only 10 participants showed interest

    at this stage any of the participants can pay at the price of the main list
