Strategy is the most important piece of the puzzle.
If you think otherwise, "fix your psychology" and try to pick up fruits from the wrong tree.

I suspect for $900 this is gonna "teach" this jist:
1) Follow the rules of the Prof firm to the T
2) Trade with a very small position size
3) Follow the rule of YOUR strategy (provided you have a profitable one)
4) Stay out of the market if YOUR strategy does't signal anything and don't overtrade
5) Don't revenge trade (eg. Martingale)

The most important thing for me is to know if we get the mentorship too and if he confirms he will teach how he actually trades.

I dont see how a group buy would get everyone into a mentorship, so I'm sure it's just the book. But strategy and psychology aren't mutually exclusive, both can be true for many people. Depends where you're at. If you already got the psych down, or never needed to work on it, strat is all you need.
