Universal EA version 11 is good. It gives many options to convert your trust worthy indicators into an EA without any programming (all you do is find the buffers that show your Buy and Sell signal).

Just to name a few: Indicator Signal Type : Four types are given in dropdown menu and you can pick one

(1) Arrow Type Signals (2)Trend Type Signals (3) Trend Type Single Buffer (4) Oscillator Type (use for RSI, MACD, CCI type)


In addition to this and the Stop Loss, Take Profit settings, you have two more indicators you could use to confirm your entry. The wonderful thing about it is you can set your current time or another time frame. For those who need higher time frame confirmation, the same indicator can be set (say such as Hull Moving Average or HMA)

So on the first you could set up on M1 Chart with current time frame. You can set the time for second indicator as M5 for HMA, and third indicator for confirmation as M15. Only when HMA on M15, M5, and M1 are rising (or falling) will you EA go into action ensuring bigger profits or staying with confidence in the trade for longer. One would need to practice this on Demo for about 2 months to get the best settings for the instruments you trade.

You can also set the trade timings for the EA (for example, those like me only want to trade maybe the London and NY sessions – This is set to Broker time which you can find out by clicking CTRL + M on your chart to open Mkt Watch where the Broker Time is given on top)

If you tried it at the end of Friday after FX mkts closed, it may have closed your trades and your Journal in MT4 will probably say trade closed due to mkt being closed. I tried it a long time ago.

Anyway, the point of it was to encourage traders here to look at the settings for the EA. You can always trade using an older version which works (I used it on Nov 26th Friday for many hrs) just to get a feel for what you can do with it. My recommendation is to buy the newer version and if you like the settings and what it can do - turning it into a tradeable EA with your favorite indicators without having to pay someone to code it.

 

Iam sorry but I have this from last 1 month so don't tell me the beta version is released by the owner on many sites ... It will not work .. when u set tp and sl it will stop working .. I have already talked to the owner on the telegram he has good support that's why I shared here to release by goodsmen

Just to give you an idea of how one can improve one's trading strategy using Universal Indicator EA: I ran a backtest today using Universal (older version 9.9) just to show you how this could turn your favorite indicator to an auto trading robot. (Before anyone asks, I am still testing and this is not something I can share with you - at least at this stage.. Testing and refining would take a long time to see accounts don't blow up) This is an example only to show how I tried strategies on MT4 using Universal to go from negative outcomes to positive. Marketers typically take one such good result to sell us EAs that are not robust enough for the long run.
If you do it yourself, you could test numerous EAs with your own settings (which you can change anytime to make it better as time goes on) rather than pay for EAs done by others.

I initially ran the tests and they were all failure with huge negative returns of ($ -9K on 100 K acct to about $ -89 by the 12th run). I abandoned that indicator and chose another and ran a test that produced a positive result.

I refined my entries playing around with the same indicator but different SL, TP, etc, I ran a second test on my setting from yesterday (I left the dates as Oct 19 to Nov 19 the first test using Control Points in the MT4 strategy tester which produced on NAS 100 M5 a tad over 17K profit.) The profitability improved to 6.36 with an absolute drawdown of $ 963.05. Looking at the Relative Drawdown of 8.05% is terrifying given FTMO Daily Drawdown limit of $5K/day On a 100K acct. Looking at the graph, I don't think it was at the beginning and EA was authorized with only (Lot size of 1, never more than 2 buys or sells at any time on FTMO Demo - all trades close on opp signal - hence never a buy or sell at same time) in 48 trades, profit was $ 20,850.12.

 

I just test the FRZ Indicator Automater, and it looks very promising. Clubbingbuy has the FRZ Indicator Automater already in the recruitment phase!!!
