    Can someone clarify if this is Stock Options please?

    If so do they teach how to use a broker and which one specifically please.

    (I've tried Stock Options in the past and wasn't able to close trades quickly enough which is what I'm worried about happening again)

    You can go to this guy's twitter, and he posted some of his P&L there. His strategy is both applicable to futures like S&P 500 and their options.
