Unfortunately you'll have to get the settings yourself. It is a very time consuming process. VERY.
Also, your broker uses different GMT offset and may or may not use DST time zone adjustments.
Also, settings may need changes once in a while if the market changes.

In addition, I am trying to stop using cracked tools as much as it is like stealing by not paying what the developer wants, which is bad karma at the bare minimum.
No matter that perhaps 99.95% of the EA's out there is pure garbage and super overpriced, and not worth the full money, it still is stealing and therefor results in bad karma.
I quit 3 cracked EA's recently for that reason.

If you learn Optimizing properly, you can make consistent money with even a simple RSI indicator EA.
You need Tick Data Manager (for 50 bucks original, one time payment), QuantAnalyzer (Paid, worth every penny). EA with for each day of the week an hour-filter (to optimize).
The market has patterns that repeat on certain days and certain hours of certain days. By only trading on certain hours and certain days the EA can turn from a loser into a very profitable EA.
But again, sometimes you need re-optimization as volatility of pairs change once in a while.
