I really don't know how the signals are working. But at a first impresion the author are using fake members and fake views of posts
There are many big differances of views from a post to another
THis screenshots are maded from the author videos, and you can see that gold signal have 20k views in a channel with 11k member (not was farwarded to the public, because don't have farward icon)
Also you can see many messages sended in the same minute, but with big differance of views
For exemple 1 view (maybe a error) to a post and 8k views to the next post, but there are not same numbers of views to the messages overall

These are completely different... The review you posted is from Pakistani scammers copying the original.. the one in this GB is the legit one nothing to do with the scammers.
