Hedge Scalper EA V25 (mq4)

A meaningful backtest of this EA isn't possible because it works with multiple pairs simultaneously, hedging between them and closing several trades. You can only perform one backtest per pair, and that won't lead to any conclusions, except that the drawdown is relatively small. There's nothing to discover with a backtest here, my friend.

But if you want to see it in action, join the group buy of the EA in the thread I linked. For just $12, you'll see how it works in only a week. You can also buy the original from the seller; it's not expensive at $350.

We're here to try and get the source code since we like the EA and are using the one obtained in the other thread. I'm not selling you anything.

All the long term backtests on older versions I've seen show it crashing with a huge drawdown. So run a long backtest on this version and prove me wrong.

You can keep running those non profitable bots mate. This bot you cant run backtest as you like, bcoz its hedging woth other pairs, its running on 8pairs parallelly thats why it didnt wipe out eevn with grid trading.

Another info I found, you join this or not, why grid trading works in this bot was, if we use grid trading btc or gold, due to sudden movements all got failed within 3months, I tried atleast 6bots, all failed.. bit same grid with low volatile pairs gets success.. I ran one time same bot with 1000$ on each demo account in gold n EurUSD, EURUSD was successfully even after 3months, but profit was not even more than 10% monthly, so I quit that one.

In this bot, due to hedging it get survived well. But to be honest, 1st month, my drawdown was about 80% when I started.. even if I share the myfxbook data, you cant find that now without proper observations. Only thing, we do not close any trades, it closes n make the account profitable.

JOin this only if ur looking for monthly returns with no efforts..

80% drawdown is extreme and proves my point. Look, I'm willing to sign up. Just do a backtest on the EURUSD from 1/1/23 with $1000 starting capital until now and post it. If it survives that, I'll be convinced.

Perhaps we haven't explained ourselves well, or perhaps you're not understanding anything. I'll repeat it one last time: you can't backtest this robot because it works with hedges—6, 8, 10 pairs or more. Can you explain to me how on earth to backtest 2 pairs at once? And 10 pairs at once?

If you don't want to join this group, don't, but please, I beg you, don't bother us.

This thread is for ppl who are interested in the source code......I hope we stick to this fact. Every system has good points and we learn much from that.

I understand it perfectly. I want to see if it even works without hedging. Why are you so afraid of doing a backtest on the EURUSD from 1/1/23 with $1000 starting capital ?
