I am sceptical of everything and everyone but will explore all the options that look potentially useful.

It is not about blindly believing anyone. It is about gathering information, using critical thinking to separate the wheat from the shaff, and building your own edge combining the relevant pieces of information you have gathered.

From JadeCap you can probably learn a few things, but you still need to build your own edge.
