Your $400 target was about needing $400 more in total to reach $1,600. If that’s the case, we should count the full pledges: $200 + $200 + $100 = $500, which already covers that gap.
Right now you’re subtracting the original $80 and only counting the extra (120, 120, 20). That’s why you get $260, but that’s a different way of measuring it.
Just wanted to flag the difference so we’re talking about the same thing. My calculations as below assuming you agree to pay more at $ 295.70.
