When you buy a prop firm account, you are actually buying the actual draw down as balance and basing the money management off that. So for $5k it's 10% of that which is $500. This will give you 25 x $20 pots to play this system risk free. Also I suspect the system is very rule based so probably you will have one or two trades a day. So it should be impossible to break the daily draw down which will be around $250 of initial balance. As you grow the account the daily and overall draw down will also increase.
