    Thanks for sharing....IMHO it is best to train your eyes to spot major levels with our own eyes.

    I draw these levels on h1 and h4 over the weekend and these levels are very accurate to the bank levels... see attached....(chart on the left is what I drew on last Sunday)

    I honestly do not have a clue regarding 7 est. but the way I plot the levels is like a box (as you may have noticed) the height of the box is based off 2 tf (h1/h4) and the color is based on how many times has the level been touched by price.
