Robots are not useful in live market but in backtesting, there you can look at those details and the fake Sapphire that Frank shared places 1000 pips of SL.

 

Try it in the backtesting and you will be able to check it.

 

Ok then I don't care. Because the backtesting for the Emerald EA also sucks but the forward testing is beautiful. So if it's only backtesting then I won't take it serious when it comes to an EA. I say let's get it!!!!

 

I am not talking about the final results that backtesting gives, regardless of the results backtesting lets you see parameters such as Stop Loss and Take Profit. If you try the Esmeralda V2 in backtesting you can see how many pips it has of Stop Loss initially, which is 50, the Sapphire gives you 1000 pips.

 

Maybe that's by design. I would still test it though.

The Esmeralda V3 does by design come with 100 pips of SL US30. But with 1000 pips how do you manage a correct risk to grow the account?

I don't know, try it yourself, but I see the files the same as the ones that a colleague had passed previously, which were also false.

I am currently down 3% from Emerald (3 stop losses) 2 of those losses happened in london and 1 in NY today too. @RaymondKokZA I need your help will you be continuing to use it in London or only in NY?
