yes, first close the blue one first whatever your profit (from the big lot to small lot).
if theres a red one, but you can still manage the loss its okay.. i still close it. but the large amount of loss i hold it.

yout will get 2 condition afer you close your order :
1. you minimize the drawdown potential to get more worst
2. you loss your extended profit when the news give positive impact to your closed trade.

Manage means you can turn on of turn off manually. unfortunately this ea dont have news filter based on time.

 

ah yes.. I don't mind closing losses which will eat some of my profit, letting go is ok coz we can still trade the next day. Better lose small than lose big.

Hi Azure. If you don't mind me asking, is there a specific way or time that you choose to run BenderFX? It usually generates decent profit for me, trading on H1 timeframe and avoiding high impact news but one day it took heavy losses and there was no news that day.

 

Are there a definitive set of rules that somebody has. Such as what time of day to run the expert advisor.

Why are people not using this simple indicator to shut off the news. I use it with all my expert advisors to shut off the news.

I just read the 21 pages and god damn it, the same questions over and over when the answers are plain in sight.

There's no obvious SL in this bot because its Martingale, that's why you need to ABSOLUTELY use UseEquityStop=True and specify TotalEquityRisk=xx.

This means, if the trades are going to shit, the bot automatically closes all trades when the DD reaches xx%

This is the only way to avoid blowing your account!!!

Example, you have 1000$ equity, and xx% set to 20, then when you reach -200$ drawdown, the bot closes everything and you don't you lose your 1000$ completely.

Using this bot without this setting is suicide.

 

Also, there is a news filter option in this bot. I presume to avoid stopping the bot manually...
