Few things to note from testing this week - do NOT use Equity Stop! My demo account lost money with it, while live was being profitable. Also, multiplikator is great, just lower the max trades. I've set mine at 13, which is actually 14 open trades total, this should let you keep a healthy balance while making sure you hit TP. I think these settings are good enough to leave and forget kinda deal for passive income, will keep monitoring for now.

on which vps provder are you testing the ea?

 

I run it for about half year on demo and live, blow several accounts and so to be safe, you guys need to run 0.01 for every $1000 or $1500 or $2000 is safer. Or you will see your tiny $500 or $1000 account to be blown soon. I never turned off Martin and so not sure about that. Pls stay safe and don’t blow your account! Minimum $1500 for 0.01 is strongly recommended. I already quit it and still too risky for my stomach

 

Again for DD, it can reach 70% or more to blow your account. So, for those with several hundred dollars account, even 0.01 lot will blow your account later. Trust me! Don’t lose your hard earned money! $1500 for 0.01 can last much much longer, anything lower will make you sad later and all money will be gone!

 

Is there a better robot that needs less care? Because I do not want to lose even a dollar

 

Then you are in a wrong field. In fx losses happen. Nothing is 100%

 

which timings did you use? did you let the robot run 24 hours? or did you shut it down during the hot news time?

 

Most robots still do not have the minimum power to control the number of orders. Because I want to start with a $ 10 account.

I'm currently running this EA on a live account and I was wondering how to set the SL.

 

i think you cant. the tp works as a sl.

 

Thank you for your reply. Could you explain to me please how a TP can work as a SL. If you go long with a TP of 50 pips and the price immediately goes down and keeps going down then there is absolutely nothing that will stop your trade.

You could be right though. By opening more trades with a higher amount you lower the average TP. So when it's hit all the trades close with a positive result. Some losses but the profits of the trades with the higher amount will make up for that lose. Interesting. Let's see how this pans out.

 

The trade(s) ended in a nice profit. So .. yes .. the combined TP is the SL. The only time when I can see this go south is when you've reached the max no. of trades and the price keep going in the wrong direction,
