I think from now on Administrator should make a rule like, If any participent is not going to pay with in 5 days of putting their name in the list should be taken off automatically (if possible final reminder to their email). If they want to come back into the list they have to pay 1% more of the settlement fee of that particular item. Then they will be placed under Reserve list. Never back on to the main list as they lost the opportunity. Admin can benifit with that 1% additional fee.

This is what I can think of at the minute. Admin can expand more on this thought if he is interested.

 

How about; within 5 days of Fundraising for Purchase being initiated. All main lister's that haven't paid will be moved to the reserve list and all reserve lister's who have paid (up to the number required to complete the fundraising phase) will be moved to the main list.
