Here's my current result for my trial

 

Forget about it already. FTMO or most of funding programs make a living using their user's blood. Don't let the numbers fool you, they will not give you 100.000 for trading. It's only on paper, the fact is you only have 10.000 for trading with the rule of not losing more than 5000 per day. Most of people failed at first stage: Getting a profit of 10.000 in 1 month, if we read it carefully it's 100% profit, or double the account in 01 month! It's not 10% but 100% because you can't lose more than 10.000. So, if you can't have a system that can double the account in 1 month, consistently, keep your money in your pocket. Even if you "passed' the challenge, you will get the 10.000 to trade and still need to maintain the trading behavior under their rule and share the profit to them 70-3, the account may get suspended if you violate rules. I forget to mention things you may already known, the price of the 'challenge' is more than $600 for the god damn 10.000 virtual funding.

 

Seems like a bad idea. I can see a trader going AWOL and betting half the account and blowing it. I'll be interested to see how this plays out

 

Nah m8. They're legit with legit accounts. I know there are some like that but FTMO and a few of the other big ones are legit. They do make big bank on the failed challenges though knowing new traders see the big numbers and jump in and blow it

 

I guess that my English is not that good to make you understand my point. I didn't say they're not legitimate, actually they are, many people got funded accounts and get monthly payout. The point is the number displayed on the website (100.000USD) fools new traders, as you can only lose 10.000 totally, it is the same with trading with total capital of 10.000. The second point is starting with $10.000 (as described at first point), you need to double it to pass the challenge in 01 month which is hard in general.

 

I understand your point. However, if that were true you'd only be able to open a position equal to $10,000 of margin. However, you can open a position that uses the full margin of the entire $100,000 account. The loss limit is just that, a loss limit. That does not mean that that is how much is actually in the account.

This is a great idea I would love to be a part of the FTMO account.

 

What exactly is this? an attempt to crowdsource FTMO account? is that even legal? How do you plan to share profits? How can we even enforce accountability? So many questions.

Nothing is impossible in this world, but this is highly improbable. If this plan works, not a scam and we can fully trust each other, we probably already advance human as a species.

Good idea but bad execution.

 

10% FTMO is insane.
For 375usd you will only get a 25k account.
If we got with Fidel crest you will get a 50k account and only have to make 5% per month.
