since this doesn't work except in some broker that isnt a live account can i have refund please? you have to guarantee your product and stand behind it

 

why. it doesn't work. you are virtually saying we take the risk if it doesnt work and you/clubbing buy don't stand behind your product. at the very least the programmer should finish the job and get it working. and if you say no you should say why. if you care about how this business is perceived by the client.

 

i'm not satisfied with your answer but it's obviously a waste of time talking to you. see what i already write above. perhaps we live in different countries and have different cultural views on this sort of thing, but here under consumer law and moral obligation i am clearly owed a refund since the item does not work as intended. an example: here if i buy something on my credit card i can get a refund thru the bank on the grounds "item not as described". and i have done this. i could actually ask my bank to reverse this transaction on those grounds, but that doesn't seem honorable to me. not that that worries you apparently.
