    half of people pay I pay too - it is taking people too long to pay don't want to tied up funds in multiple group buys

    I understand but if everyone does like you then no one pays and this site can no longer exist. For my part I chose to do the opposite, I pay as quickly as possible because that is the only way this type of site can work, if you are afraid then the reserve list is for you. The problem is that many want everything at once, pay as little as possible and take no risks. For my part I bought 7 courses here, in, main list, and I always got the course at the end, it's just that because of people like you I have them with sometimes several weeks of delay.
