    DLL é uma extensão que o windows entende como se fosse um vírus e vc precisa desativar todos os antivírus do seu PC para usar a ferramenta. Se vc fechar o MT4, talvez seja necessário desativar novamente os antivírus e reinstalar a ferramenta.

    It could possibly already be started. As mentioned above it seems someone has offered a license so if that works then the only price we need is the coder, in which case we already have enough to start.
