The foundation course i watched and it was for the first time when i heard people talk about volume profile and OF. Basic idea can be explained very easily but you can also make the explanation very difficult which makes it very annoying for me to watch his very long videos to repeat himself over and over again. I can give you the download links. I found it somewhere on the interwebs.

Who is that trader you are mentioning? I think he is correct. Technical analysis is what retail traders are taught because brokers know that the trader will lose money and the more money they make so why would they tell retail traders the truth?

Smart money (SM) have limitations imposed on them. Yes they get to move the market, hunt out stops, reverse the market BUT there are limits to how many pips per day they can move a currency. That is why i suggested to stick with Eurusd instead of Gold or Indexes. There are also periods where SM lose money or go in a DD. There are also big news events, like the war on Ukraine, that can cause currencies to go crazy and SM and institutions have to intervene.

Here is a little "motivation". This guy is a retail trader like us and did something unbelievable. The opportunities come and go but if you do win, the brokers do have to pay up. People work a lifetime to make that kind of $.

 

Yes, that is when the GBPUSD currency turned up all of the sudden. I know cos i was watching the crazy guy's myfxaccount for weeks. I don't remember seeing the same results on my demo. I think i closed the trade and move on.

Also the guy that created the EA is actually making periodic withdrawals. Secondly, the EA has an equity protection feature so if the equity drops by let's say 30% it will automatically close the trades to protect the rest of your account. I put it to 0 and if I don't like where the EA opened a trade, i just close it. There are also a lot of settings you can play with, like what hours to trade, lot calculation, lot size, and other filters. There is also a GB thread for the latest version 3.7 but people don't seem very interested. Also, the seller has figured out that people pirated his stuff so he will be very warry to sell it. I don't know any EA that does not lose $. I found one that i like, is consistent and operates somewhat differently than the rest. Use it or don't use it. It is up to you. I for one will not use anything else because i want to trade manually and see how well i do implement the VP and Order Flow which i am trying to figure out.

 

Lol, as I was talking about Neerav he just posted another video on his yt channel where he is scalping live. Also, i read some of the reviews he got on his course and i was able to find negative reviews despite the guy having an official track record so, despite most people being satisfied with what he teaches, there are others who didn't like it. I got it for free so I don't feel bitter about it.

 

Yes, I have never used VP and OF either. The funny thing about Trader Dale VP is that when you look at the chart you don't really need the Flexible Volume Profile indicator. You can clearly see the candles themselves where the orders accumulate and the price moves rapidly downwards or upwards. The POC point can be determined from the candles alone.

 

It does not matter what he achieves, because in the end, you invest with your money when you buy his course. The fact that they work for him does not mean that it will also work for you. He created this system "for himself" as it were ...

Thanks. Im using Euro Sclaper NDD + external news filter from 04.05.2022. I started with 200$ demo account now have 846$. Max DD -200 $.

 

And that doesn't mean he's good. A strong trend for several days and goodbye to the deposit.

 

I think i tried it for a little bit but I don't remember it had a news filter. I had too many EA's on MT4 and it started to freeze so i took it off. If you can provide the files, I'll have another look at it.

 

I think if you can figure out the overall trend and make the EA follow that trend and only buy or sell but also avoid the news, it could be profitable.

Euroscalper EA on one tab and Take A Break EA on second.

 

I started wit 200$ and 0,01 lot size, then with 300 $ -> i set 0.02 lot, and with 400$ or 500$ i set 0.03 lot size if I rememder correctly.

 

EuroScalper trade only selected time. Take A Break stop tradind medium and big news events.
